Your company is confronted with a substantial amount of incoming mail every day. This mail is processed by various departments within your company.

In the dedicated data room set up for you, we offer the possibility to create individual access rights to relevant documents for different people and departments.

Upon request, you and the persons you specify will receive an email notification with a direct link to the newly uploaded document, allowing immediate access. Each person assigned to the data room will create their own password and can independently access the digital folders assigned to them at any time, regardless of email notifications.

The physical mail is stored in file folders after digitization and kept securely.
