Upon request, you and the persons you specify will receive an email notification with a direct link to the newly uploaded document, allowing immediate access. Each person assigned to the data room will create their own password and can independently access the digital folders assigned to them at any time, regardless of email notifications.

The physical mail is stored in file folders after digitization and kept securely.
