When businesses in Germany deal solely in assets, they usually do not require an operational office, nor do they need any staff. Nevertheless, there is some work involved, such as mail handling.
Are you looking to hand over these tasks also to someone else? Then you’ve come to the right place with BK Wirtschaftstreuhand’s business services – regardless of whether you’re a foreign investor or a German company. We are happy to provide you with support right from your company’s founding throughout the entire operation of your company – even up to liquidation if needed.
Why are our business services especially important for foreign investors, in particular?
The German Act on Limited Liability Companies (GmbH-Gesetz) requires that founders register their business in the German commercial register with a domestic business address. Businesses can only be set up and run in Germany if they meet these conditions.
This presents foreign investors with a number of challenges: Without outside help, they would be obliged to rent business premises and to receive, comprehend linguistically and process incoming business correspondence there – for example when meeting payment obligations. It’s hardly surprising that many potential business founders feel overwhelmed. Why not leave all these tasks to someone else?
