Why are our business services especially important for foreign investors, in particular?
The German Act on Limited Liability Companies (GmbH-Gesetz) requires that founders register their business in the German commercial register with a domestic business address. Businesses can only be set up and run in Germany if they meet these conditions.

This presents foreign investors with a number of challenges: Without outside help, they would be obliged to rent business premises and to receive, comprehend linguistically and process incoming business correspondence there – for example when meeting payment obligations. It’s hardly surprising that many potential business founders feel overwhelmed. Why not leave all these tasks to someone else?

  • We store all your company documents – including all your business correspondence. In doing so, we observe the statutory retention periods for German companies, usually between six and ten years. We are happy to provide you with the documents on request, or send them to a third person specified by you.
  • Upon request, we even provide our services following the liquidation of your company. After all, statutory retention periods still need to be observed in this case. You retain our German business address, and we continue to store the business documents you already have deposited with us. If required, we are also able to coordinate closely with the liquidator and can provide them with all the necessary documentation.

Liquidation of a company


On request, we are the first point of contact for the liquidator during the liquidation. Furthermore, we can store your company documents even after the company’s liquidation. We charge a flat-rate fee depending on the desired term for storage and archiving.
